Every workout is different. Don't beat yourself up if you couldn't do as many reps, or lift as heavy as you did for your last workout or your stamina was not great. So many things factor into your performance, like if you got enough sleep the night before, are you stressed, did you drink enough water and also your diet. Listen to your body and be smart when exercising!
